Mongolian Beef
Ingredients:
- 300g thin beef slices
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions
Steps:
- Coat beef in cornstarch, pan-fry until crispy.
- Sauté garlic and ginger, add soy sauce and sugar.
- Toss beef in sauce, garnish with green onions.
