Beef Negimaki (Japanese Beef & Scallion Rolls)
Ingredients:
- 200g thin beef slices
- 4 scallions (cut into strips)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp oil
Steps:
- Lay beef flat, place scallions, roll tightly.
- Sear rolls in oil until browned.
- Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, simmer until glazed.
- Slice and serve
