Beef Negimaki (Japanese Beef & Scallion Rolls)

Ingredients:

  • 200g thin beef slices
  • 4 scallions (cut into strips)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil

Steps:

  1. Lay beef flat, place scallions, roll tightly.
  2. Sear rolls in oil until browned.
  3. Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, simmer until glazed.
  4. Slice and serve
